Mark has lived in Southern California his entire life, and bought his first investment property in 1975 while attending Cal Poly University Pomona majoring in Civil Engineering.  A few properties later Mark realized that Real Estate was his real interest, and decided to pursue it as a career. 

Mark obtained his Real Estate License in 1980 and began selling homes, specializing in VA and HUD repos (years before they were popular).  In 1990 Mark began working for ERA Real Estate in Upland, concentrating on the conventional real estate market.  In 1996 Mark switched his emphasis from the sales end of Real Estate to lending and mortgage banking.
